RETURNS
All returns must have our prior approval, a Return Authorization Number, and a copy of our invoice or packing list. Returned goods that are normally stock items, and in normal on-hand quantities; and are not being returned due to our error may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned goods must be returned with their shipping charges prepaid, but will be refunded if it's a result of our error. Goods that have been altered to customer specifications; or are not normally stock items; or not in normal on-hand quantities may be subject to a larger restocking charge, or may not be eligible for return. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of product by the customer.
