WARRANTY

All products are fully warranted against defects in material or workmanship at the time of receipt. Claims must be made within 30 days from the date of the receipt.

PRIVACY POLICY

We use the information you provide to process your order and payment. We understand that your credit information is confidential, so we use a secure server to protect the information as it's sent encrypted over the Internet. The details you provide to us about your shipping and billing addresses remain securely protected as well. We do not rent, sell, or trade information about our customers with any other companies or third parties.

SHIPPING

Shipping will be via UPS. Stocked items will usually ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Although we usually maintain inventory on all the items on this site, back orders will automatically be created for items out of stock. You will be notified of ordered items not in stock, and given the option to cancel. For shipments outside the U.S.A., full shipping charges and insurance will be charged in advance, and all customs fees and local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. All shipments will be insured, and the insurance charges added to the shipping charges. We only charge our actual shipping cost.

RETURNS

All returns must have our prior approval, a Return Authorization Number, and a copy of our invoice or packing list. Returned goods that are normally stock items, and in normal on-hand quantities; and are not being returned due to our error may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returned goods must be returned with their shipping charges prepaid, but will be refunded if it's a result of our error. Goods that have been altered to customer specifications; or are not normally stock items; or not in normal on-hand quantities may be subject to a larger restocking charge, or may not be eligible for return. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of product by the customer.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, money orders, checks, and Paypal. For payment by check, orders will ship when your check clears. For payment by money order, orders will ship upon receiving your money order.
