Garage Space in Agoura

We have space for 4 or 5 cars in a beautiful industrial park in Agoura. It's carpeted, mirrored, has a bar, sitting area, a private sitting area upstairs, head, HD wide screen, and a roll on lift. It's alarmed, and sprinklered and has a powerful HVAC unit.

There is even the possibility of concierge service, as we do have an excellent detailer or two who visit from time to time.

It is currently used by a publisher to park his cars, but will be available towards the end of the year.

It really is not a place to maintain the cars, though we might allow some light maintenance The carpet is really very nice. Detailing is always allowed.

If somebody wants to park two cars in one space, additional drive on lifts can be installed. Each parking position has electrical service for trickle chargers.

Of course, we want responsible enthusiasts.

We are still working on pricing, but figure around $900/month.

Yes, it's expensive, but it's really beautiful, and very safe storage. We don't want too many cars, as it is now easy to drive in and out. Convenient to the canyons, and Supercar Sunday.
