Welcome to the Socal Sportscar Forum!
With the Southern California car scene arguably the best in the country, if not the world, we thought it would be fun to create a local forum for sports car enthusiasts. As enthusiasts of all kinds of cars, we wanted a place to chat about many different marques of Sportscars, new or old. A place to discuss the newest trends and tests in magazines/webzines, driving, great roads etc.
Having realized how many friends we have made via forums over the years, we wanted to keep the forum local so to give the opportunity for members to meet in person and see their cars. Our goal is to create a community where we actually do things beyond just the online world. With all the car meets, shows, and great roads here in SoCal, there is plenty of excuses to get together.
A little about us; Morgan Segal (Mo Pho) and William Wagner (The Monster) are both car fanatics who met while both living in Boston through our common interest in Subaru Imprezas.
When Morgan moved to Los Angeles after William moved (back) to Los Angeles we started taking drives in the Malibu hills with Morgan’s 1966 Lotus Elan and William’s 2004 Mazdaspeed MX-5 and fell in love with the SoCal car culture.
